In every state there are different and specific rules, regulations, laws and controlling bodies to enforce the regional laws and regulations. These are designed to protect the general public and ensure specific standards are delivered consistently. Currently, as there is no federal body that sets and manages standards for the various trades, it can be a little bit of a nightmare to firstly understand if the trade in your state should be registered or be working to specific standards.
